Welcome. These terms set out the basic rules for using our site and placing orders with us. By browsing and buying, you agree to what's written here.
When you reserve sweets or custom orders, we'll hold them for you. If plans change, let us know as soon as you can so we can offer them to someone else. We may release reserved items if you're significantly late without contact.
Our range and prices reflect the finest seasonal ingredients available. Items and costs may shift as sourcing changes. If something you've ordered isn't available, we'll suggest the closest alternative from our premium selection.
Custom chocolate, lollipops and bespoke confectionery need several days' notice and may require a deposit. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you as flexibly as we can.
You're free to browse and share our pages. Don't copy our content, images, branding or photography for business purposes without permission first.
We're meticulous about our sweets and every detail on this site, but we can't guarantee the website will be error-free or always available. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.
Curious about our sweets selection, shipping, or return policy? Our team is here to help—visit our contact page to get in touch, and we'll answer any questions about your candy order or favorite confectionery finds.
